The manager and the director lied about what we talked about in a meeting, when we showed them the letter they changed our insurance back and never said sorry, just covered the lies up, as for the complaints dept, they are a joke and cover the lies as well. They dont like English, even though they say they are a bank for the BRITISH and if your GAY, dont bank at Chateaulin, as they DONT like GAY people and the manager told us that !!!
