I wanted a smaller card to keep around and help my credit. I looked at reviews etc and decided to take a chance.
I haven't had a lot of the problems others have had but that remains to be seen.
However, I got behind one payment when I got really sick, then went to ER with ruptured ear drum etc. I had seven different meds to take.
They harassed me day and night, weekends, evenings, holidays, it didn't matter.
I wish I could show you all my call logs. Holy cow.
And they're not afraid of getting turned in for harassment.

I called to get my card caught up, the guy was in a call center because I could hear others talking to customers as well (not just credit one bank customers either). He actually helped me and REMOVED the $39 late fee. I was skeptical .. but he did it.

Now my account is showing where it's supposed to be, the fee showing removed, and the payment/adjustment was over night.

So that being said I can't be TOO mad at them lol I just hope this trend continues!
