Update: they answered the telephone and apparently the work is done for them so it’s really weird that they are not problem in the telephone but really a lot of people calling,they said that now everyone wants 0 Finanzierung so guys don’t be afraid they are working hahaha :) I will keep you up to date No one is answering the telephones no one is contacting back. The process takes so Long I had Finanzierung with another company was so quick and they call me every 4 months to ask me if I am happy and if I need anything more. With this bank I am not sure yet since I am not getting any answer but don’t forget to read the contract and find there the 8,5 euros extra that all the others said. I am waiting some hours more and after I will cancel it. Time is money too and I am not giving them as much time as they want if they don’t let me know that they need time.Again is corona we need to be more patience but I don’t think like this since is not anymore an excuse that we have corona everything is working from the internet. If the bank don’t have money can be transparent to us and send an email due to the crisis we will approve your requests differently or that it takes more time since we have this and this issue. I hope they read the reviews and care to change their name.
