My experience was extremely disappointing. The entire interaction felt mechanical and scripted, with zero genuine interest in understanding my situation or offering a helpful solution.
Instead of thinking proactively or showing any business mindset, the staff simply followed a rigid pattern and standard responses. There was no flexibility, no problem-solving attitude, and no sense that anyone was actually interested in helping or building a long-term relationship. It felt like ticking boxes mattered more than the customer.
Maybe that is just how Business or sales is conducted normaly here.
