It is a fraud company, I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Credit Q.I paid ₹25,000 with the assurance that they would help me recover my bad debts. Unfortunately, not only did they fail to recover any dues, but the ₹25,000 paid to Credit Q itself has now become a bad debt.After receiving the payment:Calls are not answeredEmails are not replied toThe assigned Relationship Manager is completely unreachable — no response on calls or messagesThere has been zero update, accountability, or transparencyThis feels like a classic case of overpromising at the time of sale and disappearing afterward. If a company that claims to specialise in debt recovery cannot even communicate with its own client, it seriously raises questions about their professionalism and ethics.I would strongly caution others to think twice before engaging with Credit Q or making any upfront payment. Based on my experience, there is no service delivery, no follow-up, and no customer support once the payment is taken.Very poor experience. Not recommended.
