This firm doesn't have any proper update just some party gives them a number and if you don't pick up and reply that call or sms they just think you are the liable person I have mailed them so many time that you have wrongly map mine number with some default party without any proper evidence they are asking give us proof that you not liable i ask just give me a your postal address or concern person number they are failing to provide me who ever has there full postal address plz share and plz download DND 3.0 government approved and Start blocking there number so that there unnecessary harresment would get stop
It is a fraud company, I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Credit Q.I paid ₹25,000 with the assurance that they would help me recover my bad debts. Unfortunately, not only did they fail to recover any dues, but the ₹25,000 paid to Credit Q itself has now become a bad debt.After receiving the payment:Calls are not answeredEmails are not replied toThe assigned Relationship Manager is completely unreachable — no response on calls or messagesThere has been zero update, accountability, or transparencyThis feels like a classic case of overpromising at the time of sale and disappearing afterward. If a company that claims to specialise in debt recovery cannot even communicate with its own client, it seriously raises questions about their professionalism and ethics.I would strongly caution others to think twice before engaging with Credit Q or making any upfront payment. Based on my experience, there is no service delivery, no follow-up, and no customer support once the payment is taken.Very poor experience. Not recommended.

(CreditQ), and my experience with this organization has been extremely disappointing and distressing. The company failed to pay my salary for three months along with one month of earned incentives. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no written response or resolution—only verbal assurances that were never honored. When salary concerns were raised, management showed complete indifference and often responded with silence or dismissive remarks.The work environment was highly unprofessional, poorly managed, and mentally exhausting. Instead of support, employees were subjected to constant pressure, stress, and harassment from management. This not only affected my professional growth but also took a significant toll on my mental well-being.I resigned from the Noida branch in December 2025 after enduring months of uncertainty, false promises, and financial hardship. This has been the worst professional experience of my career.
