I am filing a case against CreditQ in the Consumer Court because my experience with them has been completely unsatisfactory. In my opinion, CreditQ is a trap. They only provide basic calling services and send routine notices to the defaulter. After that, they demand 30–40% of the recovery amount without actually doing any meaningful work.In my case, I filed a complaint with CreditQ about a defaulter almost two years ago. During this entire period, CreditQ only made a few calls and sent simple notices. No real action or progress happened from their side.Since I had no hope of recovery through CreditQ, I independently filed a case with MSME and later pursued a court case on my own. After around 1.5–2 years, my matter was finally resolved only through the court, not because of anything CreditQ did. I have all the necessary court documents to prove this. Now, despite not helping in the recovery, CreditQ is demanding 40% of the amount recovered through the court. They are threatening that they have “many layers” and will take action against me for not paying this 40%.In my view, people should avoid using CreditQ. It is better to go directly through the MSME process or legal channels, which actually deliver results.
