Our experience with CreditQ has been a complete nightmare. Initially, they offer a smaller package around ₹20,000 and work just enough to build trust. Then they aggressively push you to upgrade to higher packages—₹1 lakh, even ₹5 lakhs—promising better results.But the moment you upgrade to a bigger plan, they practically disappear. Calls go unanswered, support vanishes, and there is zero accountability. It felt like once they got the bigger payment, we simply didn’t matter anymore.Important details about the package, the points deduction system, and limitations were never explained clearly upfront. Everything becomes visible only after paying, which feels extremely misleading.As a business, we value our hard-earned money, and this experience has been deeply disappointing. This review is an eye-opener for any other business considering CreditQ—please think twice before falling into the same trap we did.
