Even within the grace period, I texted to decline and attempted to call the so-called 'case officer,' but the line was disconnected. I emailed them to cancel with no response. When I called their number, they pretended not to hear me and disconnected the call. They claim to help repair credit but essentially trap you into more debt, even if you wish to opt out. Truly disgraceful.
