My father, who is now in memory care for Parkinson’s Dementia, was scammed into this. There is no way to cancel the membership and no one responds to their chat feature. There is no account page nor a phone number to call anyone. He’s getting charged $30/month for something never used and probably sold his infoEdit: I believe I figured out how to cancel his subscription. Requested info was provided to the company. Edit to the edit: their email server rejected the email as spam.
