If I could give a zero I would! Had already left simplicity energy after them overcharging us and moved to SSE. Even though I had given them my final readings they added 400 units onto my electricity bill and 80 units onto my gas bill. They are now trying to chase me for any outstanding balances and I have written to them twice phoned them four times and still getting chasing letters. Will try again today.Look after my bills have a lot to answer for in putting people onto these Mickey Mouse suppliers.Next thing is I will make a complaint to Ofgem
