I signed up for a free trial, cancelled before the 7 days were up and have continued to get charged almost $40 every month! this has been going on for months i tried contacting them threw the site and nobody ever returns my messages, i do not recommend this site to anyone!I still have no idea how to stop this theft from happening, they took money again today!I do not have time to waste waiting on the phone only to be hung up on! If you want to make this right you will do so by email ! Do not expect a person to call and waste more time when your company is in the wrong! If so I will waste my time calling but I want assuranceYes I called the number back and the lady that I spoke to said that no payments came out of my account since it was cancelled in may, she would not listen to me when I’m telling her I had proof that 8 payments have come out, she basically called me a liar , so I guess I’ll wait for another call cause I got nowhere calling back , also she said her supervisor wasn’t available to talk to
