So far it's great, starting a trial to hopefully fix my credit. I called for a simple collection error and was talked into more options to dispute other issues on my credit report. Sounds very promising and Brianna did a good job of explaining of what they dispute and why.
I got to work with Wissal and she was amazing! Very personable and extremely patient! She knew exactly what I needed and helped me and made sure I knew exactly what was going on as well! I’m really excited to see my credit get better :)
I worked with Jodi S. This morning she walked me through my credit report and really explained everything to me. This is the first time I have had this much knowledge and I thank her so much for helping me and setting me on the right path to get my credit right! Thank you so much Jodi S.!!
So I was skeptical at first and thought it was too good to be true....but when I spoke with Emmanuel my whole perspective changed! He was very informative, patient and kind. Marcus C was incredibly helpful. I originally called in to pay off a collection as I’m trying to clean up my credit and he went through and found numerous things that I could dispute that would truly help me in the long run and made me feel secure in knowing I was on the right path
