I placed several items in my cart only to have over half of the items go out of stock before I was able to check out. So frustrating. I want to be a customer, please keep inventory. I contacted customer service to inquire about when things will be back in stock and the agent said they could assist me with placing an order with a store. We got disconnected so I got back on with another agent who said they could not help me with placing an order via a store (which was not my idea it was theirs) and directed me to an email address. Well what a hassle, I’ll just buy the same stuff at Sephora and be done with it.
