I've bought from them for years. Sometimes things do come destroyed, especially powders. And there's virtually no customer service. But they do have good deals and brands. Now I ordered, and the shipping is soooo slow lately. Over 8 days to receive my things. I'm not even gonna get it in time for my trip.
My first purchase wirh Credo. I ordered 2 tubes of AKT deodorant and it is my one and only deodarant going forward!Same price as when I order directly feom AKT. Very fresh, US based, very secure and fast shipping! Cant wait to do business with them again soon!!
Horrible customer service, I have tried canceling my subscription via text with Credo, thought it was successful and received a confirmation it was cancelled however four days later received a notice it was shipping. Unable to reach via phone, chat is never available, emails are not responded to.

I had a mishap with an online order where I mistakenly purchased two of the same item. While it’s not easy to reach a live person at the customer service number provided (took off one star for that), they advise contacting them via email, which I did. Credo quickly communicated with me via email to address and resolve my issue. It should be noted that I had a problem at my end with their emails ending up in spam, creating a misunderstanding on my part (I wonder if this possibly happened to others who have posted here?). But Marjorie in customer service realized this and reached out personally via phone, text, and email to cover bases and handle my concerns. I’m glad for the positive experience because I like and appreciate Credo with their commitment to clean beauty and am eager to continue shopping with them :).
Horrible customer service. The Chat platform was shut down for hours. No response to my emails to arealperson@credo beauty.com. My order was shipped to the wrong address even though I spent hours sending messages with the coreect address. Called the customer service 844 number as soon as it opened and only got a message saying that could not take the call - due to staffing issues!!! I am done with CREDO!!
I bought over $100 worth of beauty last month.It took forever to arrive (well past an expectable shipping SLA) and then an eye pallet came destroyed. Powder was everywhere. $40 + tax out the window. I called customer service and they don't answer - they direct you to the website and I went there and they forced me to email. I have emailed 3x and tried to chat beauty expert to help. ZERO HELP. So I am out $40. I can't stress enough how poor this customer service is. I recommend to shop for clean beauty ANYWHERE else but here.
Horrible customer service experience. Ordered $120 worth of products and realized immediately once placing the order that it was shipping to the wrong address. Tried to contact the company right away via email (they do not offer phone support) and was told there was nothing they could do once an order was placed - they could not cancel or change the address and we would have to wait for it to hopefully be returned to sender. $120 of product will be going to an address on a different island (I live in Hawaii) and I will have to buy another gift elsewhere.
I placed several items in my cart only to have over half of the items go out of stock before I was able to check out. So frustrating. I want to be a customer, please keep inventory. I contacted customer service to inquire about when things will be back in stock and the agent said they could assist me with placing an order with a store. We got disconnected so I got back on with another agent who said they could not help me with placing an order via a store (which was not my idea it was theirs) and directed me to an email address. Well what a hassle, I’ll just buy the same stuff at Sephora and be done with it.
