They’re all so friendly and patient and have been on point with their recommendations. You can trust that whatever brands and products they carry aren’t toxic, and their packaging is completely recyclable (I reuse their packing material for my own purposes!). Their return policy just makes me smile — they’ll refund you and tell you to keep the product and share it with a friend in order to reduce their footprint! I love this effort to be as sustainable as possible. And they update their products often and don’t delete any negative comments.
