I ordered a set of three fragrance samples, and my initial experience with this brand was incredibly disappointing. The samples arrived in a pouch that looked dirty and worn, as if it had come from a trash bin. For a company that positions itself as a luxury brand and charges high prices, this presentation is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the three sample vials were not even placed in their labeled envelopes; they were carelessly tossed into the dirty pouch without any indication of which scent was which. Now I have three unidentifiable samples that I paid full price for. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any brand, especially one that claims to be in the luxury market. After this experience, I'm seriously reconsidering purchasing a full-sized fragrance from this brand. If this is how they treat their customers, I doubt the quality or integrity of their products. Luxury is not just about the price; it’s about the overall experience, and this was anything but luxurious.
