I ordered a set of 3 fragrance samples, and my initial encounter with this brand was incredibly disappointing. The samples arrived in a pouch that looked dirty and worn, resembling something pulled from a trash bin. For a company that positions itself as a luxury brand and charges a premium, this presentation is utterly unacceptable. To add to the frustration, the sample vials were not even placed in their labeled envelopes; they were carelessly tossed into the filthy pouch without any indication of which scent was which. Now I find myself with three unidentifiable samples that I paid full price for — not complimentary, but fully paid. This level of negligence is intolerable for any brand, especially one that claims to be in the luxury market. After this incident, I am seriously questioning whether I should invest in a full-size fragrance from this brand. If this is how they treat their customers, I have doubts about the quality and integrity of their products. Luxury is not just about the price — it’s about the overall experience. Unfortunately, this experience was far from luxurious.

It’s become really challenging to get fragrance samples these days. After visiting a store to test the fragrances, I witnessed a young man spraying tester perfume all over himself and then stealing a bottle. I was taken aback and informed a staff member, who responded that this happens frequently and that the incident would be captured on camera. As an elderly lady, I felt flustered and had to sit down without ever testing the perfume. Last week, I contacted the company online to explain what happened and requested samples of two products I was interested in. They informed me that they do not provide samples and that purchasing a bottle seems to be the only way to receive them. I found this to be a poor customer experience, and they didn’t even thank me for alerting the staff at the store.

What kind of perfume shop has bottles filled with water right at the entrance? I've never encountered that before. I had to ask for permission to spray on a testing strip, and even then, a rude staff member interrupted and told me not to spray the perfume for some reason. We left quickly after that. I would give zero stars if possible. The sales staff's attitude was astonishingly money-driven, and the quality of the fragrances seems to have declined significantly over the years.
I have been using this fragrance for years. I bought a large bottle from a boutique and, after transferring it to a refill bottle, I found it either expired or not genuine. The scent bore no resemblance to the original and lasted only about half an hour. The large bottle also came without a protective cap. I don't want to make accusations, but it seems like the fragrance has either been tampered with or has deteriorated. I paid a significant amount for this, and customer service has been unhelpful. Despite informing them that I'm currently not in the country, they insist I return the bottle to the store. Do I really need to travel back just for this? I can't comprehend this approach from a global brand that should support its customers. If I hadn’t known this fragrance well, I wouldn’t have purchased the large bottle. My trust is broken, and I will share my experience widely.
This scent is soft, crisp, and clean. I have sensitive sinuses and skin, but this product didn’t cause any irritation. I bought it for my boyfriend for a holiday gift, and it arrived on time. While the high price was a concern, I believe it was worth it.
