I have been using this fragrance for years. I bought a large bottle from a boutique and, after transferring it to a refill bottle, I found it either expired or not genuine. The scent bore no resemblance to the original and lasted only about half an hour. The large bottle also came without a protective cap. I don't want to make accusations, but it seems like the fragrance has either been tampered with or has deteriorated. I paid a significant amount for this, and customer service has been unhelpful. Despite informing them that I'm currently not in the country, they insist I return the bottle to the store. Do I really need to travel back just for this? I can't comprehend this approach from a global brand that should support its customers. If I hadn’t known this fragrance well, I wouldn’t have purchased the large bottle. My trust is broken, and I will share my experience widely.
