I ordered a set of 3 fragrance samples, and my initial encounter with this brand was incredibly disappointing. The samples arrived in a pouch that looked dirty and worn, resembling something pulled from a trash bin. For a company that positions itself as a luxury brand and charges a premium, this presentation is utterly unacceptable. To add to the frustration, the sample vials were not even placed in their labeled envelopes; they were carelessly tossed into the filthy pouch without any indication of which scent was which. Now I find myself with three unidentifiable samples that I paid full price for — not complimentary, but fully paid. This level of negligence is intolerable for any brand, especially one that claims to be in the luxury market. After this incident, I am seriously questioning whether I should invest in a full-size fragrance from this brand. If this is how they treat their customers, I have doubts about the quality and integrity of their products. Luxury is not just about the price — it’s about the overall experience. Unfortunately, this experience was far from luxurious.
