My wife and I have been using creed for 10 plus years. A recent bottle from duty free smells wrong. When I contacted customer service and explained this asking what next steps were as returning it wasn’t an option there email back was to contact duty free. When I have dealt with other “luxury” brands they don’t care where you bought it they want to fix it and give you the luxury experience. They also care about the brand and its reputation. The customer service i received was none of this and quite honestly like other reviews why would I bother now keep buying such an expensive bottle when there are plenty of replica smells at a fraction of the cost.You would think they would want to make sure there wasn’t a bad batch or something rather than being so dismissive with a email fobbing you off.I always believed the service would come with it. Clearly not.When I replied with my thoughts do you think I even got a reply? Nope.Disappointed and will find new fragrances in a saturated market ! Amazing what a poor interaction can do for a company. Ps don’t bother reaching out it’s so fake after you’ve already been given the opportunity
