I have placed two orders with this place from Canada (for someone else who likes this line). Both times there was zero response once they charged my card. The second item I was away from home and had pre arranged for someone to pick up as I instructed, since I had already spoken to customer service about communicating with me around shipment and delivery dates since they hadn’t the first go-round. I called after a week and was informed the package had been delivered, and it sat in front of my empty house for days. Will never purchase this overpriced nonsense again. Abysmal service and mediocre product.
My husband, my son and I wear different Creed fragrances and we love them all. I have four different fragrances but Queen of Silk is the one that always is admired by other people, which is a lovely feeling to be complimented on it.I had a small issue recently with an order (which always arrives beautifully packaged), which was resolved immediately by the customer service team, who were very generous and extremely kind. I have nothing but praise for this company who have never let us down. Thank you.
My wife and I have been using creed for 10 plus years. A recent bottle from duty free smells wrong. When I contacted customer service and explained this asking what next steps were as returning it wasn’t an option there email back was to contact duty free. When I have dealt with other “luxury” brands they don’t care where you bought it they want to fix it and give you the luxury experience. They also care about the brand and its reputation. The customer service i received was none of this and quite honestly like other reviews why would I bother now keep buying such an expensive bottle when there are plenty of replica smells at a fraction of the cost.You would think they would want to make sure there wasn’t a bad batch or something rather than being so dismissive with a email fobbing you off.I always believed the service would come with it. Clearly not.When I replied with my thoughts do you think I even got a reply? Nope.Disappointed and will find new fragrances in a saturated market ! Amazing what a poor interaction can do for a company. Ps don’t bother reaching out it’s so fake after you’ve already been given the opportunity

Creed, in a number of its incarnations has always been a favourite of mine and have been using their products for many years. For the first time i encountered a problem with one of their products that i had purchased some time back .... The atomiser with 10ml refills that i only use on international travel, so the 3-refill pack has lasted me more than a year ..... the cologne as always was up to what i had come to expect, but when i tried to use the refill bottles, they would not open and so couldn't be used. I simply wrote to Creed asking for 2 replacements for the faulty empty bottles but was delighted to receive a response not replacing the bottles but sending me across a complete replacement kit ... far more than anticipated but testimony to the customer care afforded by creed!!! Thanks to all .. especially Alona who made this an easy and simple experience ... i have no issues in recommending them on all levels as a company who DO care for their customers which is why i, and i am sure others come back to them, time and time again.
My Gents creed aventus 100 ml bottle top ( the whole part that should be impossibe to come off) came away in my hand, resulting in the bottle landing on my carpet. Lost about 70% of the bottle.Emailed Creed, got the ususal email where was it brought, to contact the retailer directly.Explained in 2nd email that it was a 50th birthday present ( was Nov 25). Had no way of getting the receipt as it was a gift.Sent photo of isssue and product, explained I had the serial and batch number. The member of staff said, if you do not have the proof of purchase. We can't help you, I explained again what had happened and it was gift.She was not interested, I asked to speak to someone else, I informed her I would contact trading standards, i thought the bottle was just over £200, it is actually £310, if this is the poorly made and manufactored product, then clearly it is not fit for propose or worth the extremly expensive price.I reached out again to Creed, was informed that again someone woukd contact me.Absolutly shocking customer service, for a brand that promotes itself as high end and luxury.I asked for a replacement or for them to refill my bottle, customer service agent refuses to help with my issue.
Incredibly disappointing returns policy. Seller does not provide a returns portal but you have to write the customer support in order to register a return. Said customer support is obviously instructed to stall. I had to remind them several times to register my return. Creed uses an external logistics provider in Poland, so it cost me 17,49€ to send the package there. Plus I am not yet convinced that everything will work out as DHL initially told me the given returns adress does not seem to exist. Well fingers crossed.... but extremely unpleasant experience so far, especially considering the price segment of creed products.
