My Gents creed aventus 100 ml bottle top ( the whole part that should be impossibe to come off) came away in my hand, resulting in the bottle landing on my carpet. Lost about 70% of the bottle.Emailed Creed, got the ususal email where was it brought, to contact the retailer directly.Explained in 2nd email that it was a 50th birthday present ( was Nov 25). Had no way of getting the receipt as it was a gift.Sent photo of isssue and product, explained I had the serial and batch number. The member of staff said, if you do not have the proof of purchase. We can't help you, I explained again what had happened and it was gift.She was not interested, I asked to speak to someone else, I informed her I would contact trading standards, i thought the bottle was just over £200, it is actually £310, if this is the poorly made and manufactored product, then clearly it is not fit for propose or worth the extremly expensive price.I reached out again to Creed, was informed that again someone woukd contact me.Absolutly shocking customer service, for a brand that promotes itself as high end and luxury.I asked for a replacement or for them to refill my bottle, customer service agent refuses to help with my issue.
