For such a prestigious, premium brand, I expected so much more of their terms and customer "service".For context, we have been very brand loyal, and over the years have introduced members of the family to Creed.Every Christmas, my husband and I are very generously gifted a bottle of Creed fragrance each, which to date we have both been delighted with.Sadly this year I received Wind Flowers which is a fragrance I do not like.As it was purchased in October, Creed are refusing to swap it for a fragrance that I would enjoy wearing. The product is still sealed, in it's original packaging/gift box and we have the receipt available (all of which has been conveyed to Customer Service).Creed are refusing to swap the product and as such, punishing customers who purchase in advance for Christmas; there is NO GOOD WILL.My father-in-law has offered to buy me a replacement bottle of Creed, however I do not want any more Creed bought, given this disappointing experience which could so easily (and with no cost implication to Creed) have been rectified.For the sake of not swapping a bottle of fragrance Creed has cost themselves much custom.
