DO NOT BUY FROM CREED – WILL NOT REFUND MONIESCreed will not respond to my emails and will not refund my monies. I Returned the product through Creeds return process, using their Courier service. They did not realize the product was missing until I contacted them 6days later, which is excess of their 72hr process. Their could also be a failure at their warehouse center, who knows. Courier Service Not up to standard. Returned the product in the box it came in, the Courier did not secure the box in a sealed bag. (evidence provide through photographs & Video) and therefore anything could have occurred from the point it left my property to when I contacted them 6days later. How can I be held liable Apparently a thorough investigation was under taken in less than 24hrs with a 3rd party supplier, which is hard to believe. And now they are refusing to refund my monies or respond to my emails. Even though I complied with all their requests. DO not buy from them.
