Shocking experience to say the least. First off I ordered a bottle of £300 fragrance on next day delivery for £306.50, passed through all my bank checks then after the cut off for next day delivery the cancelled my order. I replaced the order and complained as I paid next day and they managed to get this out on next day delivery as an apology. This is where the fun begins. The delivery courier delivered it to the wrong address even though I was home ( I live at 92 they said it’s at 94) and I knocked on 94 and they wasn’t even home literally 30 seconds after delivery. I tried the other neighbour and they didn’t have it either. The photo of delivery was literally a door and some of the ground so no proof where or anything. Looking at the photo it’s got a white door with black ground, so I went to number 94 to cross reference and it has block paving at the door so literally not even where they said it is.I reported to creed and signed a form saying I wasn’t lying and everything, then they ignore 6 of my emails for 4 days in a row. They come back to me today and said ‘we asked DPD they have investigated and it was delivered correctly’ even though I live at 92, they said it’s at 94 and it doesn’t even match the photo… Would not recommend buying through creed at all after this as the fragrance isn’t cheap and they do nothing to help you. Also you can’t get though on the phones, the lines always engaged so you have to email and hope your worthy of a fast response otherwise it takes days to resolve.
