Sent an email as I was expecting a delivery which I had not received. Within a few hours I was asked to confirm details and fill out a form. Once the form was filled I was told the process would start with an investigation into what had happened to my order.A few days past and I did eventually receive my order, I sent another email to confirm what was in my delivery and again, received more correspondence within a few hours. I am very grateful to have received such attentive customer service from a lady named Tia. She ensured I received my full order, samples included and even gave me a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill which was a pleasant surprise. I’d like to thank Tia once again for going to the lengths she did to uphold the standard of Creed.
