I purchased a 100ml bottle from Creed. On the fourth time of using it I went to replace the bottle top as any normal person would do. The glass on the neck of the bottle shattered/ broke off. I contacted Creed customer services and they simply said no refund or replacement. They suggested I dropped it. This wasn't the case. They went on about the quality of glass. I can simply say how it is. Poor customer services in my view.
