I have been waiting since the 11th March for a refund which I was told would take 72 hours? It is now the 26th March? I have called numerous times only to wait on hold for 3 mins to be told all operators are busy, I have sent 8 emails none of which have been responded to, it is infuriating not to be able to speak with someone or be responded to, I thought this was supposed to be an upmarket brand? Totally disgusted and disappointed you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! It has totally put me off the brand.
