This company is beyond unprofessional! I placed my order on December 29th 2023 it was sat to arrive in two days I waited and waited and waited and nothing ever arrived! I reached out to them two or three times they told me my order was shipped even though it said unfulfilled and they wouldn’t let me cancel the order because they kept saying it was already shipped long story short they wasted over 9 days of my time and refunded me without an apology! They didn’t compensate or anything! I am irritated because I spent a lot of money with the company I am so disgusted I don’t even want their products in my collection anymore! To make matters so much worse is I could’ve purchased the Sublime Vanille from a trusted friend who was selling it for a really good deal but no I didn’t want it since it was already opened and not she don’t even have it anymore that’s exactly what I get for trying to act too good smh don’t order from this company trust me you will regret it one way or the other! All I know is they messed Big time! I am fragrance collector I own over 200 fragrances 90% of my products are Niche!
