I have purchased directly from Creed fragrances UK on a few occasions now. I've tryed many fragrances from other companies and I find they are too synthetic, so Creed is my go to. Yes with natural essential oils, extracts and perfumes means a higher price. But these fragrances are crafted with knowledge and can't be compared or replicated.Also exceptional customer services with fast and friendly responses to my emails. The sales representatives Ryan and Tia we're both extremely helpful. Shipping is fast and the presentation for each product is to a high standard. This coupled with the personalised engraving makes it the perfect gift also. One suggestion would be to offer the top selling fragrances such as Aventus and Viking in a more concentrated form, for a higher potentency Parfum. I think it would be a excellent new product line to introduce. It would attract new customers and also entice past customers to return to Creed. I would certainly pay for this.
