I purchased an item on their website in June and almost immediately realised it was considerably cheaper at John Lewis. So I bought it again at JL and organised a return of the item from Creed as soon as it arrived - completely unopened and in the exact condition in which it arrived. The item was returned via the return method they insist upon on 10th July. Two weeks later I had to contact them again to ask where my refund was, they replied (eventually) to say they had received the package but they’ve been too busy to “process” it - they will refund me when it has been “processed”. It is now 31st July (3 weeks since the return) and still no refund. It’s absolutely impossible to get through on their phone line so the only way to contact is via email. I can’t remember a time I’ve experience such awful customer service and it’s definitely not what you’d expect from a “premium” brand. Never again.
