Absolutely awful customer service, had to message them back and forth for a week, only for them to reply that they are taking my matter seriously and will get back within a week. It's all just pretty words packaged as nice as their perfumes but what's inside is very disappointing. Never buying again. The smell of the Original Vetiver is as weak as a toddler's fart. Delivery time was fine but the package itself was a let down.
