I recently made a purchase from Creps City and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a pair of Yeezy 500 Enflame sneakers, my initial experience is that it took nearly two months to arrive, I had suspicions then aa they couldn’t provide a tracking number and said bad weather caused this..? Then once they did arrive I was suspicious about the shoes authenticity. To confirm, I used a third-party verification service which flagged the shoes as replicas.When I reached out to Creps City, they insisted that their products are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. Despite their assurances, I couldn't ignore the verification results. They advised against using third-party apps, but given the clear discrepancies, I had no choice but to seek a refund.After some back-and-forth, Creps City agreed to process my return. I shipped the shoes back to their provided address and received confirmation that my return was received. However, the process of verifying the items and issuing a refund took a lot longer than expected.. I had to escalate my PayPal dispute to get my cash back, something tells me they were never going to refund me. This experience has been stressful and time-consuming. I urge potential buyers to be cautious when purchasing from Creps City.Ps - Their reply says it’s all.. trying to enter doubt in my experience and its credibility due to some use of AI. Pitiful. Facts of the matter are they are selling replica products at full retail prices to consumers and got caught and we’re not going to refund me. PayPal had to action the refund. Steer clear
