Do NOT order at Creps City as they are telling and selling rubish. They let you believe that they are having direct contact to shops and boutiques but that is NOT true. They sold me for Euro 890,- Louis Vuitton sneakers but made in CHINA! The ordered size did not fit and then Creps says that you can return the box on own costst to Ireland and that they have found another boutique where they can exchange it to the right size. This takes another 4-6 weeks and of course you get the same shoes returned as you get the first time. They are not reachable by telephone, responding very slow by email (they are only responding fast as they feel they can get your money out of your pocket) and now i am already fighting a few months to get my money refunded!! NO REPONSE FROM CREPS AT ALL. Do not believe in their items showing on the website, it is all based on producing it in CHINA for very cheap amounts whilst you and i are paying the original price of the real brands! Keep on chasing them to get your money back as i am doing that as well. This kind of fraud has to be stopped!

So 1 month for processing an order high risk fraud cmon stop the cap bullshit JUST REFUND ME AT THIS POINT AND WHY YOU GUYS DELETE MY COMMENTS ON INSTAGRAM….. still haven’t received my refund they said it gonna take another 1-3 days because they haven’t finished the process verification another cap TOLD ME PLAYING WITH MY MONEY CHARGE BACK IS COMING YOU CAN BET THAT

This website runs an online shop and I bought a luxury item from them. They claim it is all original and they also do vigorous authenticity checks. Upon receiving the product I immediately could tell the item was fake. I have the exact same item I bought from the original brand so I compared both of them and it was very evident it was a fake. I have e-mailed their customer support explaining the situation and asked for a refund. I also made a comparison of both items and explained to them with pictures. I have not received a response despite multiple attempts to reach them. I had to go via my credit card claims process to get my money back as they were utterly unresponsive. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IT'S A SCAM!!!

I ordered a pair of Yeezy 500 Enflame sneakers, my initial experience is that it took nearly two months to arrive, I had suspicions then aa they couldn’t provide a tracking number and said bad weather caused this..? Then once they did arrive I was suspicious about the shoes authenticity. To confirm, I used a third-party verification service which flagged the shoes as replicas.When I reached out to Creps City, they insisted that their products are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. Despite their assurances, I couldn't ignore the verification results. They advised against using third-party apps, but given the clear discrepancies, I had no choice but to seek a refund.After some back-and-forth, Creps City agreed to process my return. I shipped the shoes back to their provided address and received confirmation that my return was received. However, the process of verifying the items and issuing a refund took a lot longer than expected.. I had to escalate my PayPal dispute to get my cash back, something tells me they were never going to refund me. This experience has been stressful and time-consuming. I urge potential buyers to be cautious when purchasing from Creps City.Ps - Their reply says it’s all.. trying to enter doubt in my experience and its credibility due to some use of AI. Pitiful. Facts of the matter are they are selling replica products at full retail prices to consumers and got caught and we’re not going to refund me. PayPal had to action the refund. Steer clear
