I won't be ordering from this service again! I'm absolutely appalled by their performance. The service has been terrible! I placed my order on December 3rd and received an email on the 22nd stating: "Hi, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to reach out regarding your recent order with us. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused. Please let us know if you still want your order in time for the New Year, or if you'd prefer a refund. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this." It’s now December 24th, and I still haven't received any tracking details. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now I'm left waiting even longer. It's incredibly unprofessional; I can't get through to them. They read my messages on social media and ignore them, yet they can post updates regularly. Fix this situation! After reading other reviews, I see I'm not alone in experiencing these delivery issues. Unbelievable!
