I ordered on behalf of my son who was purchasing a Christmas gift for his girlfriend, and we were assured it would arrive on time—and it did! We received regular delivery updates and even got a call from a representative to confirm the delivery and ease my concerns, which was fantastic! The delivery was prompt, and the item is absolutely gorgeous and very well packaged. Thank you to the team for their outstanding service! Highly appreciated and strongly recommended!
I won't be ordering from this service again! I'm absolutely appalled by their performance. The service has been terrible! I placed my order on December 3rd and received an email on the 22nd stating: "Hi, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to reach out regarding your recent order with us. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused. Please let us know if you still want your order in time for the New Year, or if you'd prefer a refund. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this." It’s now December 24th, and I still haven't received any tracking details. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now I'm left waiting even longer. It's incredibly unprofessional; I can't get through to them. They read my messages on social media and ignore them, yet they can post updates regularly. Fix this situation! After reading other reviews, I see I'm not alone in experiencing these delivery issues. Unbelievable!

I bought a large bag and it arrived today. The quality is fantastic, exactly what I wanted. Communication, especially through messaging, was superb. They provided updates on the order and handled a last-minute change efficiently. The bag arrived at my door just 20 hours after confirming the change.
