turned up for my 1.30pm flu jab appointment as booked on line.only to be met with a very cold and unprofessional welcome and response from the staff and pharmacist.I quote "well I don't know why it's let you book that slot, we don't do them at that time". not one of them said sorry, how can we help etc I was just left standing there like a lemon.I found their whole approach really unprofessional. I walked out and won't be returning
