Visit crest pharmacy holbrooks,
The staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming the pharmist Hamza is always helpful, prescriptions are always done on time, wouldn't go any where else
An utter waste of time, even lying about your prescription being ready (after two weeks) then travelling there to be told they don't have it all. promised for the following day and guess what, still haven't got it. Then 25 minutes, and still waiting on the phone for someone to answer. My daughter went in and said the whole time she was there, their phone was ringing, no one bothered to answer it. Time to find a new pharmacy.
They seem to of turned back to the way Boots were when they had it a few years back? Some grumpy person (Female) on the counter who blanks you when you walk in. Then once asked for a prescription 5 hours after it was put through to them it’s still not ready? :(In a word Useless again after I heard they had improved? Off to another Pharmacy as this level of service is not acceptable and well below my acceptable level and patients which is pretty low to start with!
I moved to Crest Pharmacy within the last 12 months after my previous pharmacy was bought out and the quality of service went downhill. To date, Crest have been a worthy replacement. I can always speak to someone when I need to, and filling my repeat prescription is pleasingly hassle-free. Plus, my local pharmacy is within five minutes' walk of my home.
Best Pharmacy in Wyre Forest. Used the NHS App for repeats, Doctor prescribed and ready at Crest in a couple of days or so. They sent me a text message saying it was ready, and even where it was in the shop. Staff are not hunting around for it and are all friendly, polite and efficient. Well done to all.
I am finding since recent staff changes the turn around time for prescriptions is appalling. Ordering medication and collecting it one week later should give ample time to get it sorted, not to have to come in to be told on more than one occasion “oh it’s not ready yet, the will be a 20 minute wait” it is not acceptable
Crest Pharmacy , Canford Heath, Poole have really gone downhill recently. I put a prescription in for Insulin, and have waited 15 days for it. I was promised a delivery date twice, but on both dates it did not arrive. I have tried to phone them on many occasions, but they seem to have switched the phones off. The queue outside gets longer everyday, with many complaints from patients waiting for their, prescriptions. I was without Insulin from Sunday evening to Tuesday afternoon, and was also told by Crest, Hamworthy, that my type had been discontinued. I was helped by 111, who contacted a Doctor to help. As this was a Bank Holiday, he advised me a pharmacy that could supply it, which I was grateful to receive. We called in to Canford Heath on 6th May. It was open, although they say they are closed between 1pm to 2pm. The assistants were standing chatting, and my order which should have been delivered days before, had not even been started. I got the Insulin which supposedly had been discontinued. I have now changed to a decent Pharmacy
