I placed an order for what was pictured to be a painting. After then seeing some bad reviews, I tried 3x to cancel it. Despite their system saying the status was 'waiting for production', they kept making excuses and refused to cancel my order. What arrived was a poster, framed, with Plexiglas on the front. It looks like cheap garbage and they have not responded to my email about a refund. Buyer beware.
