I had a couple of issues with my orders none of which were to do with’Crib of Art’ but the delivery company. Anyhow Ana was perfect in handling the situation and now I am a very happy customer. I definitely recommend this company and the art is great quality.
The experience with customer support was quite positive. I had a problem with my first order getting lost in shipping, so I reached out to customer support. They promptly issued a replacement item, which I received quickly thanks to Anna’s assistance. The quality of the picture is excellent.

I had a slight frame color mix up with my print order and Pat from customer service was just amazing helping me resolve the issue in a promptly manner. I spent 300 expecting a piece of art, but what I received was truly embarrassing. It’s nowhere near what I ordered — they sent me a cheap, low-quality print on flimsy paper that I wouldn’t even classify as “art.” The colors are dull, the paper feels like something from a budget printer, and it’s certainly not the artwork I chose on the platform. Given the amount I paid, this is totally unacceptable. To add to the frustration, the customer support was unhelpful and dismissive. They didn’t seem to care about resolving the situation or even understanding what had gone wrong. Overall, this was a total waste of money. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.
I finally chose a piece of art to display for the winter, and the ordering process was straightforward. The next day, I noticed I hadn’t received a verification email, even though the payment had gone through. I checked the contact information and sent an email with my details. The representative addressed the issue promptly (it was entirely my oversight as I forgot to include my email 🤦🏻♀️). The interaction was pleasant, and I can't wait to hang my new artwork just in time for the holidays 🎄.
