Disastrous experience. I ordered a cricket bat that was listed as in stock, simple enough. The delivery time was quoted as 1-2 days. Four days later, it was shipped, and I was told to expect it the next day. The courier then claimed they never received it from the seller, and I had to chase them endlessly until 14 days later when they finally agreed to refund my money. I'm still waiting for the refund. They took my payment the day after I ordered, but apparently, it doesn’t work that way when refunding! The customer service line supposedly opens at 9 am, but if you call at 9:15 am, they inform you that the representative has only just started and cannot take calls yet! Avoid this service at all costs!
