I can't comprehend the negativity surrounding this company in the reviews - my experience has been absolutely fantastic. I placed two orders recently totaling over £300 for a cricket bat and shoes without having seen these reviews. Once I did see the reviews, I became immediately concerned. However, there was nothing to worry about. Both domestic orders arrived within three days and are exactly the quality I expected. I also called the company for advice on a product, and they were very helpful. Helpful customer service, fast delivery, and quality products at great prices - what's not to love? I will definitely be using this service again. Thank you.
Disastrous experience. I ordered a cricket bat that was listed as in stock, simple enough. The delivery time was quoted as 1-2 days. Four days later, it was shipped, and I was told to expect it the next day. The courier then claimed they never received it from the seller, and I had to chase them endlessly until 14 days later when they finally agreed to refund my money. I'm still waiting for the refund. They took my payment the day after I ordered, but apparently, it doesn’t work that way when refunding! The customer service line supposedly opens at 9 am, but if you call at 9:15 am, they inform you that the representative has only just started and cannot take calls yet! Avoid this service at all costs!
This site is a scam! Don't visit or purchase anything, there are delays, and the support staff is arrogant! I bought shoes, which ended up costing me double with a two-month wait. They charged me for delivery, plus customs, and sent the wrong product! No return or replacement policy - this is a scam operation.
The customer service is terrible. They are just shouting at me and not processing the refund for the item I never received. They claim it was delivered to the wrong address but won't provide any timeframe for redelivery. I don't know how long they expect me to wait; without confirmation on delivery, how am I supposed to wait before ordering from another vendor? Their support process is the worst.
We live in Portugal and ordered several cricket items to test their quality. When checking the delivery information to Europe, there was no mention of customs taxes, which ended up being over €80. We contacted the company, stating their website didn’t indicate this for Europe. They argued that they had advertised potential charges for Europe. We sent copies of their policy, which they ignored, and the customer service was dreadful, showing little regard for our concerns. The goods were returned, and after weeks, we received a partial refund minus return shipping costs. Overall, it was a poor experience, and the attitude toward customers was unpleasant, which would deter me from using this firm again. They have since changed the delivery policy page for Europe, but be aware of high customs charges as you may not receive a full refund if items are returned.
