The customer service is terrible. They are just shouting at me and not processing the refund for the item I never received. They claim it was delivered to the wrong address but won't provide any timeframe for redelivery. I don't know how long they expect me to wait; without confirmation on delivery, how am I supposed to wait before ordering from another vendor? Their support process is the worst.
