I ordered a cricket helmet 3 weeks ago. Money taken from account immediately but no contact from them since despite me sending them several e-mails and calling them many times each day. They don’t pick-up. I paid a visit to their warehouse and after repeatedly knocking on the door they finally answered and said they’d notify me when they had it in stock. They had noIdea when this would be. They were very rude and said they didn’t have time to respond to people. They wouldn’t issue a refund. After reading other reviews i complained to my bank and got a refund. Dreadful company- they own all the direct websites- cricket direct, hockey director, running direct etc Advise to steer well clear of them!
