I ordered a framed print described as 'gallery style' and 'professionally framed'. I paid £80, which is half the regular price, plus an extra £10 for insurance. Upon arrival, it came in a cheap frame made of plastic instead of glass, and its actual value seems to be around £20. When I contacted customer service, I was told to return it within 14 days. I explained that I didn't receive what was promised and that the frame was too cheap to return safely. I got no support or resolution, and the company acted as if my expectations were unreasonable. The print is nice, but the framing is a complete letdown and the customer service is unacceptable. I'm left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
