I bought a piece of art for $185, which was shown framed on the website. There was no option to buy a frame separately, so I assumed it would arrive framed. Instead, it came as a rolled-up print without a frame. This was very disappointing and misleading; for that price, I expected a complete, ready-to-display piece. I won't be ordering from this site again.
