I ran out of yarn and when I asked to get more I was blackmailed into writing a positive review and they would send me more. I wrote two as instructed on the website and they say they are not valid wand per their company policy they can’t send them out until I do the positive review on Facebook. I refused and not sure if they will ever send me o e black yarn to finish my panda. What a shame.
