Just received the kit of the sunny beach bag! Impressed with the presentation in the box and the quality of what I received. Already started and it seems the YouTube tutorials are pretty good! Hopefully I manage to do the whole bag ! That s another story but I really recommend them !
If I could give zero I would. DO NOT order from this company. Bought in good faith at the end of January, with intentions of buying more if I liked it. It never arrived. Tracking stated at local distributor then stated returned to sender, no explanation, nothing. Crochet park keep fobbing me off with stating they will contact delivery company, as if yet no satisfactory answer. I have now requested a refund, 'contact me tomorrow ' is the reply, I have, two days past that 'tomorrow ' and nothing. I have held off writing this review as I hoped for a satisfactory outcome and I told them this but it looks as though my money has been lost. They come from China be careful.
EDIT: What can I say? It’s all good until you need to contact customer service!I got wrong screws for the bag, tried to contact them numerous times and no reply. So disappointing!!!I’ve ordered a bag and it arrived as expected. I’ve started to make it and so far no issue! You need to follow the video tutorials as the instructions on paper is not good enough.
My kit arrived only a few days after ordering which was really pleasing but when I opened the kit, I had several bits missing, I emailed them,got a response from "Terry" asking me to send pictures of what I received, which I did, he said he would send me the missing bits. Over a week later I contacted them again to say they hadn't been received and he said it had, and sent me a picture of my original order arriving.I am very disappointed as the kit looked good.UPDATE: replacements parts finally received.
