No reason just my order was cancelled, intrigued I called customer services, the agent was as thick as two short planks, utterly dateless and advised “out of stock” must of had stock when you accepted my order ? She then advised a refund would be 5 days ? Are you sending it by carrier pidgeon ? When I paid you it was instant ! Finalising my first Croc experience my phone carrier advised my call cost £1.78, of which I doubt very much I’ll get back, what an appalling company (whom are still advertising my initial purchase as in stock) orderNo=16155884CGB if you would like to compensate me in any way !
